Online, 15 – 16 March 2022
FARMER held its kick-off meeting on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th of March. Hosted online by the coordinator Asmildkloster Agriculture College, representatives of all partners met to set the baseline for the project implementation.
On the first day, after the self-introduction of all organisations, the discussion addressed the project objectives and work plan. Then, the partnership scheduled the first LTT meeting in Croatia at the end of May 2022. They discussed the overall agenda and planned the preparatory work, which included defining the main questions for mapping existing skills in agricultural education.
On the second day, the meeting addressed the coordination guidelines for the project implementation. The coordinator outlined the internal rules for smooth management and reporting of the project activities. That included planning internal monitoring, controlling, and evaluation processes.
The overall result of the meeting was that FARMER builds on solid working relationships between different schools, universities, and VET providers willing to share experiences and good practices and explore new ideas and initiatives.
