Over three years, the project brought together partners from eight countries to develop and exchange practical teaching methods to enhance agricultural education, focusing on digital and technological skills, as well as innovative and entrepreneurial competences.

Startig from a map of current skills gaps and future needs in agricultural education, with a particular emphasis on climate change challenges, FARMER produced two main results:
- Pedagogical Manual, as a database offering reflections and suggestions for active learning methods that improve learner’s technical, social, and entrepreneurial competences.
- Policy Recommendations, building on the surveys conducted among teachers, students, and stakeholders from all partner countries.
